The document named 'Contract' puts forth the agreement between yourself and Teacher Placement Services whose principal place of business is located at 125 Wold Rd Ste 116 in Albany NY.
Unless otherwise changed in writing your agreement with us will always include at a minimum the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
